QUESTIONS
& ANSWERS
- Yes, the application dedicated to the Armada and all of its functionalities are free to use. The application downloading and data update require an internet connection and may imply an extra cost on your mobile phone plan.
- 2023 ARMADA application can be use on any updated smartphone (Android or up to 6 version Apple). The application is not compatible with tablets.
- Internet connection is needed to download the app and update its data. The app is usable without Internet connection but some functionnabilities may not be effective, such as the GPS guiding system.
- The interactive guidance of the application is not yet available, as the geography of the event is not yet determined. An update of the application will take place before the event to make the GPS guidance available.
- If you meet any issues with the mobile app, help is available from the homepage. You can also contact the support hotline via the button located on the homepage or on this website
